(b) Organisation name   ;

(b) Practice area

(c) Chamber Address including District & Thana

(d) Contact Information including Mobile Number, E-mail Address;

(e) Demographic Information such as Postcode, Preferences and Interests; and

(f) Other Information relevant to Registration, Bar Council license number and attach bar Association id no/ membership card.

(g) Experience.

As you are an App user Advocate:

Who will be eligible for registration as an Advocate:

Advocate refers to a person who is listed under “The Bangladesh Legal Practitioners and Bar Council Order 1972 [P.O 46 of 1972]”.

 

Service: As you are an App user Advocate:

All Advocates of the Supreme and lower court who are registered can provide services: Criminal Case advice, Civil Case advice, Family Counseling/advice,Cyber Advice, Texts, Notary, Immigration advice, company registration advice etc. can provide advice or services.

 

As you are an App user:

 

We  giving you advice that before taking any kinds of legal service, from the Advocate legal service related and next of legal matters about shall be made of details discussion. In this case is specially mentioned that  already before taking any kinds of legal service with any Advocate,all kinds of legal fee and transaction process  will be known and understood and to be taken decision, where has no consistence of (Find my Advocate App/Website Authority)  and shall not be liable by any means.

 

Registration Cancellation Process:

  1. a) If you have provided fake / false / created bar council license number and bar Association id/membership no. 
  2. b) If he / she expresses inability to offer advice / legal services as an advocate to the person seeking services / advice
  3. c) Complaint of the person who takes service / advice may be expelled from the Find My Advocate service at. You have done any activities contrary to the prevailing law of the country using the Find My Advocate service.
  4. d) Your registration authority will cancel, but you will have the opportunity to defend or reply to your email at 30 days after cancellation.

 

In this case, by the said App user Advocate of added false/wrong information purpose(Find my Advocate App and website authority) shall not be liable by any means.

 

Our limitations:

Among the app user client and Advocate,case/suit previous  and case/suit after operation related all kinds of expenditure and on the basis of discussion in relation of remuneration of the Advocate  shall be taken with fixing. (Legal Fees/consultationfeese/Remuneration may be changed as per experience of the Advocate ).

 

We are (Find my Advocate) as only the third party do communicate of App user client to the Advocate . Any kinds of App user client in consciously after communicate with the Advocate  received from App and in the Power of Attorney (Vokalatnama) before giving power to run case/suit to the Advocate,App user  advocate to his client case/suit operation related all kinds of expenditure and his remuneration related discussion shall be performed.  Among the Client giving power to the Power of Attorney (Vokalatnama) and Advocate,any kinds of transaction, procedure or any kinds of problem purpose, we have (Find my Advocate App and Website) authority shall not be liable by any means.

 

Legal Disputes:

 

If a dispute arises between you and find my Advocate authority , our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and ‘find my Advocate ‘ agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of this Agreement or our services in accordance with one of the subsections below or as we and you otherwise agree in writing. Before resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.

 

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION: These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Bangladesh. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

ARBITRATION: Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Dhaka and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.

 

Paid service policy :

After the payment you will get the payment id and the advocate’s contact detail.

 

Call the Advocate  and discuss your matter.

Your reply to the question become unpaid after 2 days and your payment will be released to those Advocate who have answered/advice your question.

 

App user if after given booking to the Advocate  is unable to meet into the chamber to communicate in mobile within 2 working days or own wish  do not make communication, then his booking shall be treated as cancel and in this case, book fee shall not be able to cancel.

 

Payment transfer to Advocate  policy:

Advocate’s who are registered with Find My Advocate app implicitly agree to pay find my Advocate app service charge for each services.

As you are one of the App user Advocate ,if you are by the App user client of accepted booking money/consultation fees acceptance within two working days, if does not communicate with the client or unable to meet into the chamber, then your payable remuneration from the booking money/consultation shall be deducted.

In such situation the Advocate  cannot deny the refund.find my Advocate app authority doesn’t tolerate any misbehavior with the client while providing consultation.If the client complains any misbehavior from the part of the Advocate along with valid proof the client will be provided refund and the Advocate  cannot claim his/her consultation fees.

 

What we do with the information?we collect:

We need this information to understand your needs and provide you with better services, and especially for the following reasons: Internal record keeping.

 

We may use the information to improve our products and services. We may occasionally send promotional emails about new products, special offers, or other information that you think may be of interest to you by using the email address.

 

From time to time, we may use your information to contact you for market research purposeon

The find my advocate name, logo and the bird device/mark are registered copyright and trademarks of find my Advocate . All copyright and trademarks reproduced herein, which are not the property of or licensed to find my Advocate , are the property of their respective owners.
